LG X power2 is for you that need much battery

We all agree that the batteries in mobile phones have not followed the same pace as the phone itself has evolved in. It’s something that LG Electronics try to do change. And in conjunction with Mobile Word Congress (MWC), 2017 in Barcelona LG will present their new LG X power2.

All phones in LG’s X Serie include features that place the phone in the high-end class of smartphones. The first phone in this series will be X Power2

LG X power2 is a mobile with a 5.5-inch screen with HD resolution. But the most impressing with the phone is the battery with the incredible power of 4500 mAh. According to LG, the phone will be able to last you a full weekend with regular use.

The phone can play videos for 15 hours non-stop, surf the web for 18 hours on a full charged battery. LG also has added fast charging to the phone. LG X Power2 will be 50% charged in 1 hour and fully charged in 2 hours. Phones today coming more and more with this feature, e.g. OnePlus last three models have “Dash charge” that doing the same. But it’s still impressing with 2 hours charging to get the 4500 mAh battery fully charged.

So what’s more?

LG X power2 has a 5.5-inch screen with HD resolution and In-cell Touch technology, to offer more vivid and clear colors. The outdoor visibility has also increased, and it’s not hard to read the screen even under high-intensity sunlight. The phone have a Comfort View functionality that reduces the amount of blue light and makes it more comfortable to read e-books.

Apart from the impressing battery and screen, the rest of the phone are just a small step after the other high-end smartphones.

The camera has some nice features. The Zero Shutter Lag functionality eliminate the time between being pressed to the image are captured. It’s a big help to don’t get your photos blurry. Another thing to avoid blurry pictures is the Gesture Shot. You don’t any longer need to push on the screen to shoot. It can now be done with one simple hand-made gestures.

The main camera is 13 MB pixel that is little low to place it at the top. And the selfie camera is in wide-angle that is a plus, but it’s only a 5 MB pixel camera.

WebAlvares.com rate this as 6 stars of 10 stars
LG X Power2 is overall a good phone, and WebAlvarez gives it 6 of 10, with some reservation. The phone will launch in early March for the Latin American market and shortly after the rest of the world. And depending on the price, it can very well get two stars more or less.
